You have a 14 day right of withdrawal on all items when shopping at Hello Atelier<\/strong>. Within 14 days of receiving your order, you must contact Hello Atelier<\/strong> and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. After this, the item must be returned no later than 5 days after you have informed us of your withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You cannot withdraw from your purchase simply by refusing delivery without also notifying us. You must return the item without undue delay and no later than 19 days after receiving your order. When returning an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs, and the item must be securely packaged. When returning an item, the package must be sent in a way that allows the shipment to be documented, \n so we can help resolve the issue<\/strong>for example with tracking or a receipt from the postal or shipping company.
