Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you can return items within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Exchanges are possible if the item is in stock. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and the package must be sent with tracking so the shipment can be documented.

All items are shipped by me, Pernille, from Denmark. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 4 business days, and delivery typically takes 2 to 10 business days depending on postal handling.
Can items be pre ordered?
I often travel to Morocco, so some products may require pre ordering. This will always be clearly stated on the product page.
Ceramics
Are the ceramic products identical?
All ceramic products are handmade, which makes each piece unique. Small imperfections are part of the charm and reflect the handmade craftsmanship.
Is the ceramic food safe and dishwasher safe?
Yes, all ceramics are food safe and can be used in the microwave and dishwasher, which is rare to find in Morocco.
Moroccan Rugs
Are the rugs identical?
All our Moroccan rugs are handmade and unique. Each rug has its own pattern and character, so no two are alike.
What material are the rugs made of?
The rugs are made of 100 percent Moroccan wool and are natural and durable. But some rugs are made of fabric.
How do I clean the rugs?
Rugs can be vacuumed gently and shaken to remove dust. For stains, professional cleaning is recommended to preserve the quality and colors of the wool.
