Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14 day right of withdrawal on all items when shopping at Hello Atelier.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item.

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you must contact Hello Atelier and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
The notice must be submitted in writing to krogbitsch@gmail.com no later than 14 days after receiving the item.

After this, the item must be returned no later than 5 days after you have informed us of your withdrawal.

You cannot withdraw from your purchase simply by refusing delivery without also notifying us.
If you refuse delivery of your order or fail to collect your package from the selected pickup location without informing us, we reserve the right to deduct our total shipping costs when refunding your order.

Returns and Exchanges

You must return the item without undue delay and no later than 19 days after receiving your order.
Hello Atelier is not obligated to accept returns or exchanges if the deadline is not respected.

When returning an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs, and the item must be securely packaged.
You bear the risk for the item until it has been received by Hello Atelier, which will confirm receipt.

Return Shipping and Documentation

When returning an item, the package must be sent in a way that allows the shipment to be documented, so we can help resolve the issuefor example with tracking or a receipt from the postal or shipping company. Return labels can be purchased via PostNord or GLS.
If the package does not arrive, we cannot refund the purchase amount.

If a pickup location refuses to accept the package, you must contact us immediately at krogbitsch@gmail.comso we can help resolve the issue.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the item.

The item must be returned free from strong odors of perfume, detergent, tobacco smoke, or similar.
In case of depreciation, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value, which may result in only a partial refund or no refund at all.

Missing original packaging may constitute a reduction in value. To ensure a full refund, we recommend returning the item in its original packaging.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We cannot issue refunds to third parties, including in the case of gifts.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the item has been returned or documentation of the return has been provided.
