Hello Atelier is operated as a private webshop. All purchases are subject to Danish consumer law. By placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Prices and Payment

• All prices are stated in Danish kroner DKK including VAT where applicable.
• Payment is made through the payment methods available on the webshop.
• The purchase is considered binding once the order has been confirmed.

Delivery

• All items are shipped from Denmark.
• Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 4 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 2 to 10 business days depending on postal handling.
• Pre ordering may apply to certain products. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

• You have a 14 day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the item.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the package must be sent with trackingso the shipment can be documented.

• Exchanges are possible if the item is in stock.

Complaints
